Ok, I wanted to do this for fun! People were like, how do I get my pictures to be like them? Well, I will tell you!

NEVER upload JPG pictures! Want better quality?
1. Take your picture, and press File-Save As. (Paint only)
Now you should get this. Type in anything!
Then Save as type-PNG.
Final Result:
But, I want it BIG to see my penguin!
No problem! Just go to View-Zoom-200%
(You can do it 150% but 200% is the best)
